Is there a free trial?
We offer time-boxed evaluation environments under NDA for enterprise prospects. Self-serve trials are not available because every deployment is sovereign-by-default and provisioned inside your cloud or ours.
How is billing structured?
Billing combines per-token or per-instance-hour usage with annual platform commitments. Invoices are issued in EUR from an EU entity and include audit-ready usage reports.
How do API keys get provisioned?
API keys are generated inside your dedicated control plane after contract signature and identity verification. Keys never leave your tenancy unless you choose Kervalt-managed hosting.
Can I cancel or change tiers?
Annual commitments can be adjusted at renewal. Monthly variable usage can be scaled up or down within committed minimums; decreases below the minimum require a contract amendment.
Where is my data stored?
By default, data stays in your VPC or in our EU-based Kanda Vault. On-premises and air-gap deployments are available for regulated industries.
